A transaction is any payment execution through the Oris API. This includes stablecoin transfers, micropayments, and settlement operations. Policy evaluations and compliance checks do not count as transactions.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage your plan directly from the developer portal.
On Sandbox, API calls beyond your daily limit return HTTP 429. On Growth, overage charges apply at published rates. You receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your quota. Scale plans have no hard limits.
Oris supports 10 chains: Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, BSC, Optimism, Celo, Solana, and Tron. Sandbox is limited to Ethereum and Base. Growth and Scale have access to all chains.
